Andrew has worked in a variety of sectors and was head of Jaguar Cars Ltd UK from 1996 to 2001, successfully leading the transition of the company. He has worked extensively in the UK, USA and Europe and runs his own business consultancy (Carr-Michael Consulting), specialising in delivering sustainable growth.
Andrew is also the author of Growth Management - Two Hats Are Better Than One which focuses on how to deliver sustainable growth in good times and bad.
